Next, we should try ta snag Harlequin. She'll give us an advantage 'gainst Chase.
We should try ta locate th' specifics of th' DEO base in steel city.
After all that, th' only thing left is fer cyborg ta equip himself with th' power absorber, an' round everyone up...
Then we can strike.
Well, we'll have ta leak all we know to th' press when we decide ta strike. But THEN we can strike.
